Mouth smell

Myself and my father both are diabetic. Both of us have mouth smell. Is it related to diabetic? If mouth refresher can be used, which mouth refresher doesn't have sugar?

I agree. Personal hygiene is important. In olden days, people used beetle leaf. After chewing, you can gargle with the juice and spit it out. It works.
