can u suggest a home remedy along with allopathic medicine

Please take 50 gms of methi dana( fenugreek) and 50 gms of tej patta. grind them in mixi.keep this powder in a tight bottle.take one tea spoonful in morning on empty stomach.Or else soak methi dana one table spoonfull in water at night,in a bowl,chew it alongwith its water and swallow it on empty stomach.
