I am taking this since last one year and got very good results and controlled diabetic now .
Please note that ajwain must not be taken more than 100 gms .As it is hot in nature and further it may result loose motion if exceeded .futher other proportion is fine.please take it at bed time and as soon as you wake up .
Yes,it is a good combination of natural herbs. In fact I take Kalonji oil daily 5ml in the morning with tea & before sleep also with tea.My sugar level has come down and I am also taking 1 Shilajit Cap daily after B/F.D.Bose.Kolkata,India.
Where we get shilajit? Have u tried methi also? Is these herbs are not hot in characteristics? What herbs balances their hot effect as too much hot spice can spoil stomach lining and can cause ulcer.
Hi gone through your post wants to ask 2 questions regarding this post 1- is kalijiri and kalonji are same? There is confusion regarding this, secondly the dose I read somewhere it is 250gm methi, 100gm Ajwan, and 50gm Kali jeeri.
No body is specifying exactly with pictures the diffrance between two.
Kalonji is black seed but some people call it as black cumin seed, and even kalijeeri is also black cumin seed than how to diffrance their properties? Can we get reliable organic spices for this treatments?
