Once you become diabetes, you have to manage it if you want to be sure of long life. In that case you have to sacrifice smoking, fats and oils. Cool drinks are not so bad if they do not contain sugar but artificial sweetener Coffee and tea are not so bad with limited use with less sugar. You must check up your diet profile and adopt what food you like does not raise your sugar level.. The end for a diabetes person some times sudden and for some body horrible , bed ridden, and giving troubles to your relatives in maintaining you till end. Therefore consider these things and ajdust to the surroundings to live as better as you can.
