Dear Jairam,

I am 63& also a diabetic since October'2012.During a recent check up my sugar level was found to be 384.Doctor prescribed some allopathic medicine with strict food restriction and by saying NO to sweet, rice. I am taking those allopathic medicine on regular basis., I decided to go for monthly test of the sugar level. During NOV'12 it came down to 220. During Dec'12 it was 164. On Jan'13 it was 110.During Feb'13 it was 129. For March I will be going for test tomorrow. I go for a brisk walk in the evening for 6-8 KM regularly. Try the following:

a) Keep your bowels clean, especially before going to bed;

b) Eat light dinner, preferably only boiled vegatables & or fruits;

c) Give a gap of at least 2 hours between having dinneer and going to bed

d) Practice yoga and walking which helps keep your mind at peace with itself.

e) Avoid taking drugs or herbal preparations claiming to stimulate your sexual drive.

It is only a myth. First accept Diabetes, BP and Asthma are not diseases but they are deficiencies like some north Indian Tamil Nadu or any interior places in other states. Dysfunction of erection is normal due to fatigue caused for any reason and need not be any disease. We should keep in mind cohabitation is not for pleasure but for purpose for every living being whether it is a bird, animal or beast less said about human being. Keep the mind cool and fearless since love is important but not the lust in any sense.
