once your sugar level is beyond 110 you are diabetic and you have to check sugar level frequently. eating wheat helps keep situation under control eating rice creates more problem if more than 80 gram .the bs level tells the story. monitoring must.

if you can walk 7 km a day you ned not worry about diabetes.

Hi, where can I find the right type of long grain wheat in southern california? Will it be a big problem if I'm slightly alergic to gluten? Thanks for your help!
