I'm of 67YO. How can I detect if I have problem of diabities?

you will tireness , lazyness and will fell hungerymafter a short interval. To avoid this,a long fast walk about 3 to4 km is sufficent

It is very simple. If u live in at least in small town.There will definitely a lab to test ur sugar levels it will not cost more than Rs100
