My family has no HIstory of Diabetics but i have this problem why?

Family history is a strong indicator,but there could be other causes.Whatever it is,accept that it is a major health issue and manage it properly.

thank u sir.sometimes i feel much better with out food,just water.But iam told that ishuld not fast being diabetic.Is it so? why,

If you have diabetes,naturally you will start taking some measures to to bring down the sugar levels.Suppose your sugar level was 220 before you start the medicines,diet control,exercise etc.So,your aim is to reduce the sugar level to below 100.Once you succeed in that effort,we should remember that the drugs continue to act,the diet controls and exercises continue to take effect.This will push the sugar levels further down say below 70 when you will experience hypoglycemia which is very dangerous to say the least.Therefore fasting is not for diabetics.

Thank you sir.How often i should see the Doctor.I have my gulucometer and i know what to eat and twice a week i check my Blood sugar and accordingly i diet and excercise to bring the sugar level to the normal.Visiting the doctor is my problem.

I undergo annual check up and then quarterly reviews.You can also follow the same.
