I think it would be better to first go for your full body TEST before consulting any Doctor, unable him/her to understand the basic problem in your body.

In fact pain start due to various changes in our body.

I think it would be better not to take pulses & rajmah,milk & milk products,brinjal lady finger,red meat etc into your diet .After one month of these precaution if u feel that no relief is obtained u should consult ortho doctor.
