Sit in a comfortable position,or better in a squatting position.spread your both hands fully in front of you ,hands should be paralal to the shoulders,fingers open.now make fists pressing hard your fingers and keep your both fist together.press your fingers so hard while making the fist as you are trying to pull something. your thumb should be inside the fist touching the palms.push your both arms away from your body.give about ten seconds and lower your arms.repeat this exercise for 12 times. while doing this, you must feel strains in your shoulders and in your back.after twelve times bring your hands to your sides,fold them from elbow in such a way that your fingers touches your shoulders.now make a widest possible circle clock wise for twelve times and then twelve times anticlock wise rotation.Thats all.you will feel the pain relaxing immediately.after some times,there will be no pain( provided you do it honestly and regularly) just spare five minutes and you can live painfree life.

EXPLAIN IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE.
I tried these exercises.This is how I understood:
Sit in a comfortable position with the back straight.Stretch your hands in front and make fists with the thumb inside the fist,Bring them together and then pull them apart with some force.You should feel the stretch in your shoulders and the back.Do it 12 times.
2)Fold your hands so that your fingers are touching your shoulders(do not cross the hands).Rotate your hands first clock wise and then anti clock wise total 12 times.

sir. you are correct except when you make the fist,you have to press the fingers with full force as if you are pulling something heavy,feeling strains in your hands, shoulders and back. HOLD IN THIS POSITION FOR FEW SECONDS.Keep both fists together. Bring down both hands,rest for few seconds, again repeat the action . do it 12 times.Rotation of hands alongwith shoulders should be 12 times each,clockwise and anticlockwise.When you stretch your hands , both hands should be in line of your shoulders.
