Please check your private messages on HU. I have sent a message now. It’s okay!😀

Hi, start LCHF diet immediately. Your carb intake seems to be quite a bit..

See your doctor for tingling issues.

I too suffered weight loss initially. But with stable sugar levels weight loss also got controlled. When diagnosed in Jan2017 my fasting sugar was 424. Today it was 94. All thanks to LCHF diet and active lifestyle.

R u on medication sir

in reply toLakki

No

Stop eating poha, upma, idli etc, for breakfast. Eggs and almonds is fine.

Start running with some intensive exercise.

Take any multivitamin supplement like becadexamine or start with b-complex. Vitamin b is necessary for RBCs formation thereby reducing fatigue.

I was diagnosed before 2yrs and now I am 30. My sugar level was 625 but doing some lifestyle changes I'm able to keep it under control.

Hi Hidden

It will be of great help and inspiration if u could suggest the life style changes u have incorporated.

Are u under any medication?

in reply toM034

No I'm not taking any allopathic medicine.

I do 2hrs of rigorous exercise everyday and follow 12 hrs intermittent fasting plan.

I have 2 stomachful meals one at 11am and other at 7pm.

Also take some herbs like paneerphool and methidana at morning.

Your body mass index is 23.5 (normal). You can control type 2 diabetes by diet and exercise for a period of 5 years. Thereafter you have to take oral anti-glycemic medications.

in reply togangadharan_nair

But why is that?

My father was a diabetic. He controlled his blood sugar just by lifestyle modification for almost 15years... not even ayurvedic medicines! After that he was advised to take medicines by a family friend, an allopath. His med dose kept increasing to control sugar levels and within 4yrs he was told to start anti hypertension medicines too! Then he switched to ayurvedic medicines and LCHF diet and his blood sugar levels have never looked so good!

I'm not denouncing allopathy but this is what happened with my father.

eating wheat is not good for health. It seems that wheat and its wheat protein damages the beta cells in pancrease, reducing insulin production. Search in net for more info on Wheat and suggest to stop eating wheat instead start eating millets. Best wishes.

Hi

if you still need some suggestions and help, mail me. i can share my experience, if that helps, you, as each individuals body reacts differently to food changes.

for leg tingling. It might be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency, if you get it checked, it might be more prudent to know. if it is so, start taking B12 tabs. and should maintain sugar levels also, to get rid of tingling in legs.

all the best.

Don't worry. HbA1C 6 means you are in good control. Your present BS level is also fine. Your writing suggest that you are mentally upset due the deterioration of your body as well as the public perception about you. I have gone through the same condition that you are facing now. You are young in age and you have the ability to come out from this stage. In the long run you have to have courage to move on. From my personal experience I will suggest you to learn "Sudarshan Kriya" and practice it regularly. It's a pranayam technique taught in the basic course of Art of Living. You can search in google to know more about it. Believe me ...it has worked like a magic in my case. Thats all.
