Diabetes is a physiological condition where in the body is unable to metabolize the sugars.and get energy to run the body functions.This can be due to non-production of insulin by the gland Pancreas or the body is unable to utilize the available insulin .So,the food you eat gets is wasted through urine instead of getting absorbed by the body.The entire body gets affected due to this condition.needing medical attention.It cannot be cured but managed properly if you follow certain recommended practices.
