thanks! According to my own judgement intake of medine and it's type may have to be decided dependibg on the nature of one's body. earlier I used to depend on allopathy medicines only for it's known sustainability of scientific background. After retiring from service I have been having enough time to study things apart from pursuing my own literary work. As a result of this attempt and according to my own litmited understadning I have been doing the following

1 first and foremeost undertaing hard work such as regular excercises meditation and making walking an inner part of my personal life. That is -keeping away unwanted comforts.

2.trying to attain a sense of well being at the depth of the mind by earnest effort to keep away negative thoughts and memories of either of ths past or the present.

3. taking Ayurvedic medicines for the reason(according to my own understanding) that most of the ingredients of the medicines are of natural ones and hence they are less harmful in the long run

Allopathy medicine is the best but d consultant should be of well experienced & having medical education of DM (endo) .
