I am 52 yr old, having Type 2 DM since last 2 years. I am under medication of Glimiperide 2 mg & metformin 500 mg per day. Thus my FBS remains 150 but post lunch blood sugar remains 200 after 2 hours of lunch. I use to walk 2-3kms daily. I smoke 3 cig / day. Please suggest good therapy or treatment for control.

Prescriptions over the net is not advisable. See a physician immediately, How about the smoking ? increase u r walking to one hour 5/6 kms.
