Generally,hypoglycemia is the main side effect of any type of insulin.so u should take food according to release profile of ur insulin to avoid hypoglycemia.

Novorapid is a soluble insulin having its effect for about 6 to 8 hours. Titrate the dosage slowly with your diet and lifestyle habits.
