Yes! As part of controlling diabetes, exercise is a must. One of the reasons for the explosion of diabetes in India is that more people today do far less exercise. There are only 24 hours in a day so if you want to do a lot of exercise, say 5 times a week, then it pays to do vigorous exercise.
