since last 4 years i am having suffered from diabeteas...type 1....n useing currently insulin short acting n long acting both....but sometimes i lose my strengh.......so, i would like to ask if there is any chemical byta cell then...........

The research on creating artificial Beta cells is going on... A recent news article was about regenerating the Beta cells by stem cells, it might take some more years before it becomes a reality. But as of now the Insulin pump is a viable alternative to Type I diabetics - the one closest to pancreas.

Yes - the research in this space is exciting.. but the solution is not close. If you want to read scholarly articles, then google artificial beta cells. There are signs of hope out there but for the time being we will have to continue as we are.
