I am 35 yrs male ,I had COVID 1 month back and one day post COVID I felt dizziness so I measured by BP and sugar at that time.My BP was around 167/ 109 for 3 days straight and suger was around 107. I visited a doctor who started a 40 mg BP tablet/ day alongwith 60 K vitamin D3 tablet/ per week and 30 min walk daily which I am following regularly.
I have been measuring my BP which is around 135/ 90 after 10 days but still it is not coming to normal level. I Feel diziness some days or may be it has become a habit now.
Can someone advise if this is common and how they have overcome this .
