How big are the two rotis? How many carbs. are in them? Can you cut them in half and save the other half for another meal/snack?
Hi the best diet for diabetics is LCHF. Theres a lot of good stuff on youtube look for Jason Fung he talks a lot of sense,maybe you should skip breakfast or eat less crtabs,you have to do your research.?
