I want to share some good news with you all. I am not taking any allopathy medicine since last 10 days. i have started BGR 34 which is ayurvedic medicine 2 tablets before lunch(just wanted to try) but no tablets before dinner .
The day i have started ayurvedic I check my sugar thrice a day after having lunch/ dinner and it always comes under 125-130. ( previously it used to come around 140-170)
Most interesting part is that i have increased the amount of carbs in dinner. i have stopped walking after dinner than also my numbers fluctuate between 110-120.
The highlight of the last 10 Days is i have not taken any kind of stress which i used to take.
Happy to stop Allopathy medicine.
Any reviews/suggestions are most welcome.

ehm...this has been controversially around this forum since 4 years ago, and keeps reappearing again and again, why don't you search this forum with keyword "bgr34"
Allowpathy Vs Ayurveda . Its Story of My Relative . Its My Elder Cousin sister husband Who Got DM2 at the age of 32 ( around 1997) and followed Ayurveda Medicine for almost 20 Years and His Sugar Levels was around 160 (FBS) and 250 PPBS at HbA1C At 7.8 at the time diagnosis in 1997 .
since then till 2017 ( Approximately 20 years ) he followed strict Ayurveda medicines with moderate food control .. during 2017 , he undergone Kidney Stone Surgery that time his HbA1C at 8.3 and PPBS mostly hovered around 200-270 and Due Pressure from Doctors and Family He started taking allopathy with Insuline.
Last Few Months had chance to talk to him on this DM2 , he visible looked bad since 2017 compere to previous days .. He Constantly got HYPOS and His Post Prandial Blood Sugar numbers now days lies around 300+ even after oral medicine and Insulin 32 shots ..
He said he was better when he was under Ayurveda and due to kidney stone surgery he started taking Allopathy since then he is not happy with his health condition ..
This looked strange for me .. this man controlled his BG for over period of 20 years with Ayurveda with out any much hassle but since allopathy in just two years he feeling unhealthy and uncontrollable BG Numbers ..
I have another instance of my mother who got DM2 just 6 years back with FBS - 140 + and HbA1c @ 6.8-6.9 now on Insulin with BG around 300 and HbA1C @8
whereas this man kept BG and HbA1c at 7 for 20 years ..
I am now thinking, will Ayurveda system helps to delay worsening DM2 Over Period compare to allopathy ? .
NOTE :: I am not advocating for ayurveda against allopathy ..
******* this is my just observation.
I can quote another few examples around me who following Ayurveda over many years have good control and other side many people following Allopathy yet worsening their numbers comparatively.
Your BS might have come down because of your diet and exercise. Can you stop BGR 34 for 10 days and publish your results here?
Another important thing I have noted from your previous posts is that you have been consuming allopathic medicines which it is actually not required for your age. I guess you are in late 20s or early 30s. Correct me if I'm wrong here.
Yeah i was on allopathy but not that high dosages.. just 2 medicine before breakfast and I have never allowed my A1c to cross 5.7 since my diagnosis with 12.9
I tried BGR34, an entire bottle with no significant change .The ingredients look promising with almost all known ayur medicines, like diabecon but the results are disappointing. your history sounds fine ,but you have withheld many details and so i dont know.
BGR is a good aaryuvedic medicine but again it has got different effect on different people. There are people who have used this but not got any benefit.
It is ultimately your food and life style which brings changes in blodd sugar level.
To be frank , I am 67 years old and is diabetic from 1998.
In my course of medications , I used BGR34 for about two months as a trial. Till now , from many years, I used about 10-12 varieties of ayurvedic and/or homoeopathic medicines one by one as a regular course to test as to which one is very effective to control the BS.
I tell you -- NONE was effective except the allopathic medicine in my case.
If anyone put more pressure on a certain non-allopathic medicines, may be a rare case of responding but mostly are not effective. I kept on cross-checking with glucometer FSBS, PPBS, after lunch / diner but none was as effective , all showed weak or marginal effect only, not as effective as allopathic. But then, logic is that why allopathic medicine has almost equal responses to all patients but why not ayurvedic or homeopathic ?
