Many a times,we diabetics find it difficult to stick to our routine exercises due to physical constraints, rain etc, etc.Under such circumstances,a form of Chinese exercise called TAI CHI comes in handy. You can see a demonstration in the video in the link below. It may look simple, but believe me,it can be very effective to exercise properly. One point to be remembered is,one should be totally conscious about what is happening within your body.If one does so,you relax your mind and you can experience a kind of meditation. There are several videos on the subject on YOU TUBE.

Being aware of what is going on in the body and focusing on the exercise will give the benefit of meditation.

Hi ramana, I have meditated for years. If my mind is racing I focus on something simple like a leaf and really look at it and see the subtle differences in leaves on the same plant and this brings me bang right back into the present moment. 🌱
