Hba1c 11.1 to 6.0 in 8 months

I am a 26 year old guy, i was weighing 96 kg, obviously obese and not taking care of anything was drinking and smoking heavily than one fine day i went for medical checkup and found out that my fasting blood sugar is 250 and my hba1c is 11.1 and the first thing i thought was my life is gone now, than slowly slowly i realise it is not a disease but a deficiency i started changing my lifestyle started working out, dieting cut out all the extra carbs from my diet, started doing yoga after 8 months i managed to cut down my weight by 25 kgs and my hba1c to 6, my fbs never goes above 90 now and pp sugar remains well within the range, it is manageable guys u just have to make some healthy choices and stay strong.! Everything is possible
