I am diabetic and I have diabetic neuropathy. I also have ED problem. Can any one help me to solve my problems mentioned above please.

Try with Amazon and take advise of your physician before taking this.

get your sugar levels down to 140 fasting,and you will notice the symptoms slowly reducing and if you are patient and keep your diet in control,even ED will slowly disappear.

The damage done to the neurons due to diabetes is not curable / reversible but you can prevent further damage by stringent control of bs. No drug would help.

For ed get doppler of penile vessels done to know the degree of calcification of the blood vessels. Then some treatment can be recommended.

For diabetic Nueropathy you can take a combination of AlfaLipoic Acid and B12 in consultation of your Doctor. Diavita Plus is one such combinaion which helped me a lot. Perhaps this may bring improvement in your other condition viz. ED. I think taking of Tadalifil or any such drug is harmful for diabetics. Perhaps doctor can advise looking to your present health. You can also try a vitamin combination with Ginseng like REVITAL
