Myself Haresh Bhatti age 57, being diabetic on pills and insulin since 1998.Started feeling of burning sensation and pain in my feet. Approached neurophysian and advised pills of mecabolamin and pregabolin combination. Feeling good now but once I stop pills pain starts. Is there any remedy Pl let me know.

You have diabetic neuropathy. This is a complication of your condition where out of control blood sugar is damaging nerves and blood vessels. Whilst the damage may not be reversible, stabilising it so as not to worsen is. Pills are not the answer, changing your diet is.
