I use stevia of Sugar free green three times a day like you in coffee and tea every day. Each spoon of 0.5 gms contains only 0.47gms of carbohydrates and it is extracted from stevia plant. So it contributes miniscule amounts of carbs. It is widely used in USA in many restaurants, cafes and in homes. It is supposed to be the safest and best artificial sweetener available at present.

The other artificial sweetener, Sugar free Gold that is used till now in India is a chemical, aspartame, and it is not advisable to use it and is considered not good for health. But one or two tablets of this makes it very sweet unlike stevia which does not make it very sweet.

I use stevia tablets twice a day with green tea.I consider it safe enough because it is derived from a plant.I would not recommend using it for sweetening dishes because that would involve using higher quantities of stevia.

I believe it is okay. I do use it in my chia pudding as a sweetener.

Yes, you can take Stevia without a problem. If you can find it, you can also use a blend of stevia and erythritol which you might find tastes better. Both are fine for diabetics and are demonstrated to be safe.

It's not artificial, it's natural, so the safest.

Actually that is the only sweetner recommended. It's not a chemical but made from dried leaves. I'd recommend only green power rather than its proceeded products.
