Diabetes glucose before food is 100.

After food it's 210. What medicine am I suppose to take? Please priscribe a medicine that is either allopathy and/or natural medicine.

It will be better if you could provide more information.

Have you been tested for your diabetes at the medical centre? Do you know your HbA1c? What is your age, height and weight? What do you normally eat?

Please consult a doctor for having any medicine. Also, you can control your diabetes with diet and exercise but depends on your age, physical condition etc.

Why do we have to look at doctors and medicines always for our ailments? Yes, get the basic investigations done. Learn / know about your condition. The only sure shot remedy for type 2 Diabetes is lchf and if possible keto range diet. Only idm will help you.
