Instead of following lchf diet, you can avoid carbs ie to avoid rice maida wheat etc. You take pulses and in grains you take bajra and foxtail millet, and take lots of microgreens. Microgreens of fenugreek, mustard, coriander and kale. This can be grown at home. I make lots of salads with microgreens sprouts and cucumber lemon etc. With lots of exercises i think you can control
Hi, I will suggest changes be brought just by diet and lifestyle modification. Having said that, I did take ayurvedic medicines and they seemed to help, however I'm not sure since I was following LCHF diet and stayed active too. That may have led to desired results. Nothing like LCHF diet for immediate results but it's known to harm in the long run. So, study, no med/diet/lifestyle changes is fit-for-all. Keep trying till you find what suits you best. 😊👍good luck!
following LCHF diet is not a healthy life style but a man made artificial unscientific, potentially harmful advise and is actually unethical to advise for a diabetic
In developed world people can select what they want to eat. In developing world where only eat one good meal a day, eat only what they can get!
If I go back to my early years, my grand mother and my father only had one meal per day because of many reasons and had healthy life.
Media and multi media give out a lot of confusing information, so call healthy food plate has a lot of incorrect information.
