I am 69, now fully retired, and have started on the road to better health. I now live in Montenegro and completely changed my diet. Mostly vegetable based now. Came here in November last year, and have now lost just over 5kg. Go to the gym every morning the aim is to stop taking medication within the next 14 months.

Welcome to the group. Please consult your doctor before you decide to go off or change your diet and medications. This is to be on the safe side of things.
I would never change my medication without my doctors Ok first. It is my diet that has changed, and I feel much better. Being retired (no stress) really helps. Once in my own house I hope to start a herb garden. They do not seem to use that many herbs here.
