I am new here and suffering from diabetic since 12 years and I am initially during 5 years controlled my sugar level by walking 5 km and streaching exercises along with yoga and meditation. I like to learn various subjects on psycology like dream and goals, how to set goals with increasing will power and How to stay motivated always etc.
Owing to lack of exercise frequently and sress at work place with 4 hours of travelling made my body exhasted and I get no time for doing above exercises. Hence uncontrolled sugar with tabs for higher BP and heavy dose of insuline on 3 times for controlling sugar. please help me to live normal through change of life style, yoga and meditation or any other ways to better life style.

Has your doctor given you other types of exercises to help with your blood sugars? What type of work do you do during the day? If you can do a lap or two around the office, then you can take some of the stress off and also lower your numbers at the same time.
When do you take your insulin doses? What time do you have your meals? Eating, taking insulin doses and having an exercise routine is something that you have to schedule for your own scheduling so you don't have hypoglycemia. All these things should be done at the same time each day.
I can empathize with your feelings.I would suggest firstly, you review your daily routine, diet, eating habits, relaxation methods, exercise etc.Look for areas where you can improve yourself and set goals that you can easily achieve but with marked results. In a similar situation,I gave up smoking after 25 years .What I could not achieve was daily getting up one hour early.Could anybody have helped me to develop the necessary will power to do that? Hardly. But I do develop will power to combat diabetes every time I read something about long term diabetic complications.Either you comply now or suffer later when you do not have much energy left to fight.
