Blood sugar pp sudden increase
Age is a factor for uncontrolled diabetes, but it will not happen in a month's gap. Better get yourself tasted for HbA1c and if it anywhere close to 7,it should be OK considering your age. Also, please review what you ate when you recorded ppbs of 203.
I don't think it's related to your age. Last month's reading is fine . You are taking very small dose of the metformin (125 mg), so you are quite fit. Maybe you have eaten more carbs. Check bsl 2/3 times more and if readings are not normal then change the diet accordingly.
Voglibose may reduce postprandial blood sugar.
Consult your doctor.
