Please don't find solution in drugs. The best thing to control bg is diet management. Go for keto range lchf diet. Don't forget to reduce drugs before doing that to avoid hypos.

Do not consume food after sunset. If you follow this principle, fasting blood sugar will drop.

Check fasting blood sugar daily (Target: 100 mg/dL)and postprandial blood sugar (Target: 140 mg/dL) occasionally using glucometer.. This will help you to decide what food items promotes high blood sugar. Avoid or reduce such food items from your diet.

Follow diabetic diet. Walk for 15 minutes after every meal.

Undergo HbA1c test once in every 3 months. Target: Less than 7%.

Maintaining high blood sugar may be a risk factor for heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, blindness or diabetic foot ulcer.

Composition for Galvus 50mg Tablet

is Vildagliptin (50mg). Vidagliptin is a risk factor for pancreatitis.

Composition for Glucobay M 50 Tablet

is Acarbose (50mg) + Metformin (500mg)

You may seek a second medical opinion and start insulin therapy to avoid potential diabetic complications.
