Stenting in 2008 and 2014, heart bypass surgery in 2017. Hb1ac is 8.9. FBS today is 172.

your blood sugar is uncontrolled.HbA1c is 8.9.change your life style &diabetic medicine and diet to control diabetes.this will spoil the results of all your procedures

Tell about your age, weight, Diet,etc.

Do not consume food at night. Then your fasting blood sugar will be much less.

Reduce carbohydrate content in your diet.

Walk for 15 minutes after every meal.

Reduce oil and sugar in the diet as much as possible.

Check your fasting blood sugar daily.
