by following intermittent fasting and reducing the big size meal plate to small one, i have successfully got my hba1c to 6.1. additionally i have started taking mango leaves powder as supplement.

I agree with Concerned you might want to lose the mango high in carb's as it is a fruit or by product. Intermittent fasting is very difficult as a lifestyle it leads to binding, after a while. One ends up giving in to eating loads of calories and the wrong ones, I've seen it many people. Uou've done very well in dropping your A1C please do not get me wrong praise to you, Balance your meals towards a low carb. high fat, protien, and veggie based meal plan. This will help avoid the desire to over eat. Have three meals a day with small healthy snacks(low cal). You A1C will still remain possible or lower. Best wishes,

Well done Soni1! I justvwent through above responses... well here we're talking about mango leaves, not mango fruit. Mango leaves are reportedly very benificial for sugar control... so are amla powder, jamun powder.

That's what I would do if I was T2. T1 can NOT do that. I have two of my very good friends off all there T2 meds. Well done & keep at it ! Low carbs !

What are the best Low Cal snacks to be taken between lunch and dinner! Also, 2 chapattis with Daal and Vegetables during lunch and dinner and 1 during b/f with eggs are low crab or high?
