Hi, shilajit is giod medicine. But we take under guidance of a dictir. Better consult ayurveda doctor for dosage. There are many other medicines you can try. But not to stop allopathy. If you are from Hyderabad i can suggest good doctors. Give me mail id

I donot know any one from mumbai. There are good remedial meassures you can take under guidance of good ayurveda doctor. We follow advice of ayurveda doctor. It is my husband who recently started medicines. Till last year we managed without medicines. My sugar readings also come under prediabetic. We found walking also very useful especially after dinner. It helped to control fasting sugar to some extent. Just sharing thoughts.
