Urine Protein High value and creatinine 3.1

I got my blood and urine tested and the following are the results.

24 hours Urine Protein -- 3.42 Gms

Serum Creatinine -- 3.1 mg/dl

Serum Urea -- 62 mg/dl

Urine Albumin -- 2+

HbA1c -- 6.4%

Mean Blood Glucose -- 151 mg/dl

Fasting Serum Glucose -- 102 mg/dl

Serum Glucose 2 hrs post bf -- 186 mg/dl

is it any kidney disease or kidney damage??

Your A1c is ok...Consult Nephrologist immediately...there are many reasons( like high BP etc) for increase in creatinine...some more tests can reveal exact reason..and possible treatment ..

Please dont delay in seeing Nephrologist. Immediately visit a Good nephrologist as Serum Creatinine above 1.5 is not good. Doctor may advise you low protein diet. Please blanch vegetables before cooking.
