Urine Protein 15mg harmful?

My age 42 years, fasting sugar 140 and post sugar 180. In urine test 15 mg of protein found. Is this protein leakage normal? What to do to prevent it? Any herbal/homemade remedies available ?

in medical shop where himalays company products avialable for sale i dont find gurmar or gymnema people in medical shop says that product itself not there but if i search online it shows that product is there!!!!!
