Urine Sugar Level Present +

Hello Folks,

I am 21 year old guy. Today i had my urine test , Its showing Urine sugar level is (+) . Is it a symptom of Diabetes ? . But yeah My Blood Sugar level is 109 mg/dl . Please help me out on this .

109 is FBS? I guess it is as most doctors don't even bother to order a PPBS which is most important parameter for managing diabetes. There's one user who was in same situation as yours and now he is enjoying great number and no sugar in urine after switching to LCHF diet.

Someone on this platform mentioned sugar surfaces in urine when BS > 180. If that is true, you should look up A1C figures!

from the beginning if you follow LCHF DIET you can avoid dangerous drugs and doctor visits like me. Their is a good site for this dlife.in, especially for LCHF DIET.

Do PPBS and Hba1c to assess your blood sugar control. Repeat both FBS and PPBS after few days.

Urine sugar is not a specific test of glucose . So no need to over react . Simply get fasting and pp sugar done and everything will be clear.
