Yes,but since you are young your target should be 6.5, your post prandial should be<140
Eat less food more times in a day.
Eat less food for dinner before 8:00 pm.
Adopt diabetic diet.
Engage in brisk walking daily for about 30 minutes.
Fasting blood sugar (FBS) should be less than 100 mg/dL.
Postprandial blood sugar (PPBS) (2 hours after taking food) should be less than 140 mg/dL.
HbA1c should be less than 6.5%
Your blood sugar levels are not high. But it is better to lower the same in order to reduce the risk of diabetic complications.

No, it is not ideal situation . Please go for a balanced diet. It will reduce your blood sugar and HbA1c.
Check the HbA1C again from a different lab as it is not correlating to a fairly lower fasting sugar. Over medication based on HbA1C can be dangerous.
Thank you .. currently i am taking Janumet50/1000 twice a day and glimpride 1mg once in a day. Apart from that I recently started the ayurvedic medicine called Gudmar after food ..
Hope this combination is fine ?
Only cutting down on carbs will work otherwise medicines will go on increasing.
