Some of my friend suggested to take one glass of water with juice of one lemon with 1/3 rd teaspoon of Sodium-bicarbonate (soda-bicarb) in the morning with empty stomach before one hour of taking Breakfast or any other medicine to reduce blood sugar. Is it correct ?
Any one to kindly give correct advise with their experience ?

Sodium Bicarbonate or the common baking Soda is an alkali and neutralises the acid generated in the system. However, water mixed with Baking Soda( 1 teaspoon per one litre) can be taken thro the day except half an hour before and half an hour after the food. An alkaline pH is suggested for our system and it has definite advantage particularly control of acidity,. I have been taking this 1tsp baking soda with water for about 3 months now and find that I do not require any antacid at all even if I am forced to eat spicy food in restautrants during my travel, Lot of material is available in the internet about Alkaline water,.
Yes it will definitely work, lemon as well as sodium bicarbonate will work as alkaline,If you keep your body alkaline will free you from not only Diabetic free body but you will be free many other diseases.
