I am 30 yes old female... My before breakfast sugar level is 90.. I did check because my legs r having cramps. Since a week.. Am I diabetic

Whenever leg cramps (muscle pulling) occur, I will cover my legs with woolen blanket. Then I will get immediate relief. Heat will relax the muscles when spasm begins.

Cramps are normally to do with Hydration & high BG. Indian Tonic Water is good for this but I drink bottles of DIET Tonic water & it works for me

You may drink at least 3 liters of water throughout the day.Mulivatamin tablet like supradyn 1-0-1, can give relief... Warm coconut oil massaging over affected part followed by soothing by warm water bag, can help...Check your vit B levels...
