After taking GLIMISION M2 3 time from last month my fasting 119 PPBS 261

Now my doctor change medicine ZORYL-MV2. is it right change

Your fasting blood sugar should be less than 100 mg/dL. Postprandial blood sugar should be less than 140 mg/dL.

Zoryl Mv2 Tablet contains Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose as active ingredients.

Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor used for lowering post-prandial blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus. Voglibose delays the absorption of glucose thereby reducing the risk of macrovascular complications.

Check your FBS or PPBS daily and keep a record of the same.

Avoid foods that cause high blood sugar.

Engage in brisk walking for about 30 minutes daily.

Undergo HbA1c test.

Dear Burhani, Type II diabetes is 100% reversible through lifestyle changes and Integrative / Functional medicine. So there is no justification for taking any pharmaceutical medication, it does not matter which one.
