High bs

I just took my bs b4 supper. It read 371. What do I need to do? I am on Metformin and need to take it b4 supper. HELP!

@denajb64......bs 371,b4 supper is quite high.You may post more details about your diabetic history,parameters like lipids etc. spikes, food, medication etc...Start with low carb, find food preparations here and on dlife.in

See your doctor to change medication.You must bring BS down,to avoid complications.
