I have a concern to share and need advice if possible. I just changed my diet completely. So 3 weeks ago. My BS was around 180, when I checked after my work, around 6pm. After changing my diet, now it comes 110-120. I also started doing more exercises, running and walking and after that when I check again my BS comes around 85-90 around 9pm. But the problem is coming when I check in the morning. It still comes high around 190-200. I don’t know the reason. If I eat same my lunch food why its still coming high. So when I slept it was 90 and when I woke up it was 190. It means my pancreas producing more insulin automatically according to my body.
I will try , not to eat at night one day then I will check in the morning and will share with you the result. In Meantime, if you want to give any opinion or advise. Please🙏
Thanks

My coach felt it could be the dawn effect or some fancy name.
Tried some herbal tea / paneer dosa paani before bed time.
Initially came down to 100-110, but now is 156-162 (FBS).
Trying to sleep well- very difficult as I always have dreams and wake up 2 - 3 times in the night, which could mean extra dose of adrenaline rush and hence more insulin, resulting in perhaps too low a BSL in early mornings- hence perhaps body releases more reserve glucose to counter the same.
my suggestion is dont drink any water or any liquid after , say 4PM, you finish all liquid intakes by that time for the day. and see if you still get up in the nights for toilet. and if you know do 'sleep mudra' . i.e. little and ring fingers of both hands touch, the middle and index close and then topped up by thumb. see in youtube. i cant give link here. it gives good sleep. i am doing it is good for sleep. just do for 5 mins before bed. practically you do mudra sitting on bed itself, and after 5 mins sleep. dont again watch mobile, or talk etc etc. just try sleep. if sleeping is still difficult you do it on day time also 4 to five times in a day, and at bed time. it helps.
yes its possible, due to something called 'dawn effect'. dont know exact technicalities, but happens. no worry. also meanwhile keep changing the diet one each time and check results. then you find what suits your body. there is no one solution suits for all. so you HAVE to TEST your diet on yourself. try high fibre Millets diet at least 3 days per week to start with.
I feel u are pre diabetic. U r doing right thing of good food n exercises. Get ur hb and tested asap. If it's in good range less than 6 than just continue ur improved lifestyle. If it's high doctor most probably will recommend meteoric. But I am amused what people want to listen. These reading clearly show u r pre diabetic and if don't improve life style so will end up being proper diabetic like me. So keep checking hba1c and keep improving life style. Once hba1c jumps above say 6 u can try madhunashini or met forming whatever suits u. If u r overweight than may try little kheera karela tomato juice in morning empty stomach but I guess u don't need it at this stage. I am a diabetic not a doctor and telling based on my own exp and studies of lots of articles n papers.
