Eat in small quantities, there is no bar on any wheat or rice, these should contains lower glymece properties also. Lackhs of peoples are eating with the blood sugar controlled. Also eat fruits and vegetables, protein in proportion.

When deciding which breads to buy and which to avoid, make sure to read the nutritional information thoroughly. The American Diabetes Association recommends choosing whole-grain bread or 100 percent whole-wheat bread instead of white bread. White bread is made from highly processed white flour and added sugar.

I agree to what champak045 says but check your bs one hour after eating wheat rice or whatever you want to eat. Should be preferably below 120 and never above 140. Then decide if wheat grain rice are good as rksharmakumar says or not.

Personally i'm grain free for last 12 months.
