where is this rice sold?
We get it online, but very expensive. It's a rich clad hobby. It is sold in Japan.
Known for its health benefits for 2000 years in China and Japan, Shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the Konnyaku Imo ,so,it is not rice actually but Shirataki is made only from the soluble fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy soluble fiber known as Glucomannan. Since it is only made of soluble fiber, it is remarkably low In Calorie and also other nutrients (0 % carb too ) but it is so costly one fails to see its value!
Really nice and interesting post. I was looking for this kind of information and enjoyed reading this one. Keep posting. Thanks for sharing.

Shirataki rice is a healthy option. It is made from konjac root which is originally found in Asia and is enriched with a fiber called glucomannan, a natural, water-soluble fiber. Glucomannan has many types of health benefits that are helpful in preventing many chronic diseases. Not only this, Konjac has many health benefits which help in keeping the intestines healthy. To make it, just rinse shirataki rice and boil it for one whistle. In this way, it becomes ready immediately.
