A video landed in my inbox from a company promoting this. Long story about how the presenter had discovered the ingredients / formula from a Dr Kumar, at the time living in the States, now back in India. It apparently reversed the man's diabetes. I am naturally cautious, suspicious even. But I see it is FDA approved and maybe . . . . .
Its ingredients are gymnema silvestre, biotin, manganese, chromium, licorice root, cinnemon, juniper berries. You take a capsule at night and get a great sleep (apparently). It has great references from those it has helped reverse their blood sugar readings (of course it does!)
I have read online about most of those ingredients being helpful for blood sugar levels. If it works it would be a lot cheaper than buying them separately. This is the link:
The videos comes into the inbox, if you click on it you do not know the length of the video, it just goes. May be after 40 minutes the ordering details appears.
The question if you want to try the offer, you need to wait 3 months to check the results.
I have seen one or two videos. So far did not buy any medication in USA $'s.
If you Google the information supplied by you, you can see a lot of input from other people.
I agree, I think its probably dodgy. I have never bought anything off one of those videos and they do go on plus there's no way to stop or pause them if you want a break. Thanks for your reply, looking forward to reading your post below.
1. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. Some research suggests that it may help support blood sugar control, protect against heart disease, and reduce inflammation. Cinnamon is a spice that has been prized for its medicinal properties for thousands of years. I boil a small quantity and drink the boiled water.
2. In North Africa, Asia, and southern Europe, fenugreek was traditionally used for diabetes and to increase milk supply in women who were breastfeeding. Today, fenugreek is promoted as a dietary supplement for diabetes, menstrual cramps, and other conditions and to stimulate milk production during breastfeeding. I soak a table spoon of fenugreek over night and eat the soft fenugreek.
3. In India, it was traditionally used for disorders of the skin, upper respiratory tract, joints, and digestive system. Today, turmeric is promoted as a dietary supplement for a variety of conditions, including arthritis, digestive disorders, respiratory infections, allergies, liver disease, depression, and many others. We use turmeric in cooking, there is turmeric tea is also available. You can use it in porridge as well, 1/2 tea spoon.
There are many more Asian green leaf veg as well as specie you can use for health benefit.
Thank you! I actually take all those herbs/spices already. I do this in the morning, mixing them into my jumbo oat porridge. Im wondering about using them later in the day as well.
