iam just few days using green tea.is it good for daibetic patient...?and in our lunch and dinner which rice is better.....boiled or white rice.....or wheat powder......?

BLACK TEA IS BEST, DO NOT BREW IT BUT USE THE TEA BAGS, LEMON AND DASH OF HONEY.

NO MILK. TEA SHOULD BE LIGHT IN APPERANCE.

ANY HERBS YOU USE PLS CONSULT A PROPER HERBALIST CAUSE THEY ARE POTENT
