Today, I was diagnosed type 2. My sugar level is 233/330 and my hba1c is 9.7.
Creatinum also 1.47. Is this recoverable or not? Please suggest ..in urine protein and sugar. I'm very worried about this. My age is 29 and I consulted with the doctor. He gave me some medicine for me to start taking tomorrow.

Your blood sugar level is very high. HbA1c level is also high.
When kidney damage is caught in its early stages, it can be slowed with treatment. Once larger amounts of protein appear in the urine, kidney damage will slowly get worse.
You should control diabetes on an emergency basis.
Do not depend on medicines alone.Diet plays important in reducing creatine. For example, you should avoid salt, pickles, papad etc which are loaded with salt. You should exercise more, eat moderately but a balanced food, and totally avoid junk food.
