List the symptoms shown .
Apart from Dr's medication, pl ask him to exercise (at least 40 minutes walk, preferably in the morning), daily deep breathing for 10 / 15 minutes. Observe the results after a month. Pl keep posted.
I assume ur concern if this is a fasting number. If it fasting, still not a panic situation. Watch the carbohydrates being consumed at night, (reduce rice/ rotis) can increase the quantum of salad/vegetables, a slightly early dinner and a little evening exercise should fix this.
