BGR 34 is not effective. It has been reported by many people.

There is no cure of diabetes. However,it can be controlled through diet and life style change.

Eat less carb and full fill your remaining requirement using natural fat. And,be physically active.

At present, you are running at high blood sugar. So,take immediate action.

Are you type 1 or type 2? Have you seen your Endocrinologist about the numbers? What is the range the Endocrinologist wants you to be in (100-200 mg/dL)? Not all diabetics are the same, so if one takes a certain type of medication, it may be okay for that person, but if another person takes the same medication, then it may not be the right thing for the next person.

what are you waiting for?

1) See a diabetologist and start medication

2) change your life style

3) Cut down on carbohydrates

4) understand the disease

5) Can't be cured but can be controlled to near normal

velkumar,

Is a diabetologist like an Endocrinologist?

A Diabetologist takes care of problems related to one gland via Pancreas. Endocrinologist has expertise in another five or six glands also. You must be asking on behalf of others, for their benefit; a social service.

First get the basic investigations done. Know the status of your D. Plan treatment accordingly. But diet management is the first and only effective treatment.

Good luck!

Please write if in doubt. You will understand more by clearing the doubts. Your level is very high and immediate control on diet / medication will help.

Me & many of us who have responded to your query have all searched for a cure for diabetes at the initial phase

We have come to the conclusion after reading so many resources from the net or otherwise that diabetes once comes cannot be cured by controlled effectively

I have used BGR34 at the initial phase for 6 months along with Metformin with a combination of diet & exercise

Now stopped BGR34 & reduced metformin to just 250mg twice a day which also i would be discontinuing after some time

My BS are in the normal range now

Use a diet which is Low carb, exercise like walking helps, do yoga like kapalbhati & pranayam & start taking home remedies like Bitter melon juice + amla juice

BUT before these please visit a Diabetologist / Endocrinologist in your town & get a complete lab tests done

The levels are very high & warrants immediate attention. Stop looking for CURES & done fall for any herbal things sold by unknown sellers. They can damage your kidneys in short / long term ..

All the best
